For smaller hinged belt conveyors with low belt loads, the base HE 020 offers an affordable and flexible solution. It is completely adjustable in both height and belt angle and can thus be easily adjusted to different tasks.

The closed steel base frame of the base Type LD 120 offers a maximum of stability for compact belts with high belt loads. The length and breadth of the frame are suited to the individual problem description and made to order.

In case of high belt loads, especially in the field of metal processing, correspondingly stable conveyor belt designs are necessary. This refers to the construction of the actual belt body as well as the hopper materials and the base frame. The drive units must also be designed in a reinforced version for the loads.

Special problems require special solutions. So often the geometry of available machine shafts presents a great challenge. In such situations, the pictured belt can, like a ship in a bottle, be brought into the shaft in a folded state in order to unfold the side guide plates and base there.

Small steel plate belts with narrow belt loads can be furnished with a base Type HE 020. With the H-shaped base stand, it offers stability and is very compact. The base is adjustable along the belt body in the side grooves. If necessary, additional belt supports can be installed.

Hinged plate belts are not useful only with high temperatures or sharp-edged items. In the plastics industry, partial products are produced that contain specific plasticizers - so-called phthalates. These phthalates attack normal plastic belts with polyurethane or PVC surfaces and make them brittle. The steel hinged plates are impervious to phthalates and offer a durable solution.

For the removal of parts or waste from machine shafts, there is often very limited space available. Depending on the task and machine bed geometry, it may therefore be necessary to dispense with an actual base and instead to attach slide rails underneath the belt body to be able to fit the belt into the machine.

Positively angled steel plate conveyors with short horizontal flat belt sections are often equipped with a base Type LD 120. It offers a maximum degree of flexibility and stability and guarantees a free overhanging flat section.

An H -shaped single stand forms the framework for the base Type HE 020. The belt is mounted in the side grooves and can thus be adjusted simply in height and angle.

Stable and also flexible - that is the maxim of the base Type LD 120. The closed steel ground frame offers the necessary stability for the hard industrial use. The anodized aluminum supports with two integrated grooves provide a maximum of flexibility, since height and angle can be infinitely adjusted.

The removal of parts from a pit often requires special base designs, since different floor levels serve as installation surfaces. For the Z-Belt, the base HM 140 enables this transportation to take place, while the straight belt is supported by a compact base at a high level. Type LD 120 is best for this use.
