The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type NLW-HE 020 are probably unique on the market in terms of manufacturing quality and functionality. With this belt conveyor, the unique belt tension compensation developed by MTF Technik ensures that the belt tension remains constant across the entire angle adjustment range of the conveyor belt between 0° and 60°. In conjunction with the high-quality belt materials, this effectively prevents the belt from bulging at the bend and thus from wearing out.
The MTF Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts therefore generally do not require a belt guide. This reduces wear and abrasion. Sturdy aluminum bend guards, chain guards, and belt circulation guards make these conveyor belts extremely durable and reliable helpers in your production. The MTF Multi-Tech conveyor belts in a waterproof version are used wherever manufactured parts need to be cooled quickly or must fall into a water bath as part of the process. In the plastics industry, these water-cooled conveyor belts are used, for example, to prevent sink marks on thick-walled plastic parts. The parts fall – for example, from a plastic injection molding machine – directly into the water bath after demolding. This also prevents damage to the components from falling against each other. Furthermore, a shorter machine cycle time is sometimes possible, as the parts can be demolded earlier. Conditioning water conveyors are used for the continuous pre-conditioning of plastic parts on or under the flat conveyor belt immersed in water. The dwell time of the parts in the water can be set as desired. The design of the conveyor technology is always customized to the customer's specifications. In the waterproof version of the conveyors, all profiles are made of anodized aluminum. All rollers, bearings, clamping and connecting elements, etc., are made of plastic, stainless steel, or brass. The water tanks can be offered in plastic or stainless steel, depending on the application. The L-shaped angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors, type NLW-HE 020, are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects. The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to easily replace the belt. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire length of the belt, which can be used for attaching base frames, drives, or other components. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. For angle conveyor belts installed in water tanks, the HE 020 base frame is often used. It has a compact design and supports the inclined section of the belt without taking up much space in the confined water tank. The flat belt often rests on skids in the water container. A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties are available from the MTF Technik standard program, which can be mounted on these devices. Special belts can also be provided if required. The Multi-Tech angle conveyor belts type NLW-HE 020 can be equipped with different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task. Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and components can be added, e.g., metal detectors, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separating attachments, etc.
