The MTF Multi-Tech angled conveyor belts, type NLW-HE 020, are arguably unique on the market in terms of workmanship and functionality. The unique belt tension compensation developed by MTF Technik ensures that the belt tension remains constant across the entire angle adjustment range of the conveyor belt between 0° and 60°. In conjunction with the high-quality belt materials, this effectively prevents the belt from bulging at the bend, which could lead to wear.

The MTF Multi-Tech angled conveyor belts therefore generally do not require belt guidance. This reduces wear and abrasion. Sturdy aluminum bend covers, chain guards, and belt recirculation guards make these belt conveyors extremely durable and a reliable aid in your production.

The waterproof MTF Multi-Tech conveyor belts are used wherever produced parts need to be cooled quickly or, for process-related reasons, must be dropped into a water bath.

In the plastics industry, water conveyor belts are used where, for example, sink marks on thick-walled plastic parts need to be prevented. The parts drop into the water bath directly after demolding, e.g., from a plastic injection molding machine. This also prevents damage to the components caused by falling onto one another. Furthermore, a shorter machine cycle time is sometimes possible, as the parts can be demolded earlier.

Conditioning water conveyor belts are used for the continuous preconditioning of plastic parts on or below the flat conveyor belt immersed in water. The dwell time of the parts in the water can be adjusted as required. The design of the conveyor technology is customer-specific.

In the waterproof version of the conveyors, all profiles are made of anodized aluminum. All rollers, bearings, clamping and connecting elements, etc., are made of plastic, stainless steel, or brass. The water tanks are available in plastic or stainless steel, depending on the application.

The L-shaped, angled Multi-Tech belt conveyors, type NLW-HE 020, are assembled using a comprehensive modular system and can thus be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.

The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to enable different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to easily replace the belt. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire length of the belt, which can be used for attaching base frames, drives, or other attachments. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility.

The HE 020 type base frame is often used for angled conveyor belts installed in water tanks. It has a compact design and supports the steep belt section without taking up much space in the narrow water tank. The flat belt often rests on skids in the water tank.

A wide range of conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties is available from the MTF Technik standard range and can be mounted on these devices. Special belts can also be provided if required.

The Multi-Tech angled conveyor belts type NLW-HE 020 can be equipped with various drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.

Building on the basic equipment, a wide range of accessories and equipment elements can be added, e.g., metal detection systems, fans, cooling systems, heaters, ionization devices, conveyor belt covers, sensors, chutes, separation attachments, etc.
