Belt Conveyor Type PL-HM 010

Belt Conveyor with Positive Angle

The underframe HM 010 is not only used with straight conveyors, but also with larger angled conveyors. Due to their size, a closed underframe is not feasible, and a lateral overlap of the supports is not desired.

In this case, the underframe is used for a positively angled conveyor PL-HM 010, which serves as robot deposit conveyor at an injection moulding machine. The robot puts down the product on the upper (straight) part of the conveyor. Afterwards, the parts are conveyed down to the operating personnel.
The clock timer combined with a light barrier and a belt removal sensor communicates with the on-site robot control.

The single struts are longitudinally and diagonally braced in order to ensure stability of the device.

Highlights

The underframe type HM 010 is mostly used with deposit conveyors or larger angled conveyors. The single struts are mounted below the frame of the conveyor and can be continuously adjusted alongside the profile grooves. The profiles made of anodised aluminium are telescopic and therefore adjustable in height. Due to optional stuts in length and width or diagonally, the construction is extremely stable, even suitable lor heavy load.
