L-belt conveyors with a short steep belt part and medium feeding heights of up to approx. 500mm above the floor are often engineered as angled belt type NL-KF 010. Here, the flat belt part is attached to an underframe.
The steep belt part protrudes freely forward without any frames blocking the way. Thus, the belt conveyor is especially suited to convey parts to smaller boxes or lower delivery heights. The adjustment and locking of the angle takes place by means of two screws in the bend covers. As with all MTF Multi-Tech angled belt conveyors, the conveying angle can be continuously adjusted to any angle between 0 and 60°.
Conveyors of this version and design are often used in the plastics industry, on smaller injection moulding machines, or for the lateral removal on the operator side or non-operator side, or on blow moulding facilities. Angled belt conveyors of this type are usually found in the stamping and blanking industry where they convey blanking scrap.
