Angled belt conveyors of medium size which are frequently adjusted in height and angle, are usually designed as type NL-IE 010. The L-conveyor is laterally supported on the steep belt by means of a gas pressure column with ball guide. The flat belt part freely hangs over backwards.
As a result, feeding heights of the flat belt between approx. 250 and 750mm with unchanged belt slope are possible. Due to the additionally possible adjustment of the inclination angle, even greater feeding heights can be accomplished. The height and incline adjustment thereby is to be performed without any tools and without effort. On request, the belt conveyor can also easily be converted to a horizontal delivery conveyor.
Hence, the angled belts of type NL-IE 010 are best suited for tasks where e.g. the use in various production machines is required or frequent conversion or retrofitting processes take place. This may also be the case e.g. if the parts to be conveyed shall be transported to different containers. Due to the very easy adjustment, it can be used everywhere where only few personnel is available for the adjustments e.g. during night shifts.
L-conveyors of this type oftentimes are also combined with several separator devices, e.g. as feeding belt for separator drums or directly with attached separating attachments, e.g. worm gear separators or separators for separating rollers.
