Especially less wide angled belt conveyors with flat belt lengths of up to 700mm and steep belt lengths of up to approx. 1,500mm are equipped with an underframe of type HE 020. The underframe represents a stable and yet, flexible and cost-efficient solution for applications with rather low belt loads.
This is the case e.g. for many machine discharge transport belts where the flat belt part is pushed under an outlet shaft. Due to the freely overhanging feeding area, the underframe is very well suited for low transfer heights.
Hence, angled belt conveyors of this type are often used for the removal of parts from injection moulding machines or blow moulding facilities in the plastic processing sector, on stamping machines in the metal and plate processing sector, behind packing machines, for the transport of granulated materials and partly of powdery substances etc.
As with all MTF Multi-Tech angled belt conveyors, the belt bend can be adjusted continuously to angle between 0° and 60°. Due to the patented belt tensioning mechanism, the belt cover tension remains constant over the entire angle adjustment range.
