Belt Conveyor Type GL- special version

Straight Belt Conveyors

GL conveyors can be equipped with various extras. This special version of the GL-Conveyor has been developed for the food industry (chocolate manufacturing) and integrated to the production process.

The filled chocolate forms get from the production machine to the conveyor. The spillovers of chocolate is collected in the drawers below the belt. Now, the chocolate forms can be sprinkled with decoration, as nuts and berries. The air blower integrated at the belt outlet serves to remove the surplus decoration. Afterwards, the chocolates are supplied to the packaging machine.
