The straight Multi-Tech belt conveyors of type GL-LD 010 are assembled based on a comprehensive modular system and can be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.
The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to enable different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to easily replace the belt. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used for attaching base frames, drives, or other attachments. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility.
A conveyor belt with the LD 010 base frame comes with a belt length of typically 4,000 mm and a belt width of up to 2,000 mm. The vertical base frame supports can be equipped with telescopic struts, both lengthwise and crosswise, to achieve additional stability. This allows these conveyor belts to be used for high belt loads. This belt conveyor with vertical underframe supports can be fitted with telescopic struts both lengthwise and crosswise to achieve additional stability.
The conveyor belt is connected to the underframe using sturdy steel fastening elements that can be moved along the aluminum profiles in the lower profile groove and thus do not protrude beyond the belt either sideways or upwards.
33 conveyor belts made of various materials with different surface structures and properties are available from the MTF Technik standard range and can be mounted on these devices. If required, additional special belts can be provided.
The Multi-Tech belt conveyors type GL-LD 010 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.
