Belt Conveyor Type GL-LD 010

Conveyors in straight form

Due to its stability and variability, the underframe type LD 010 is suitable for multiple special applications. Due to the closed underframe, the maximum belt length is 4,000mm, the maximum belt width is 2,000mm. The vertical underframe supports can be equipped with telescopic struts in lengthwise or crosswise direction, in order to attain extra stability.

The conveyer is connected to the underframe by means of stable fastening elements made of steel, which can be shifted alongside the aluminium profiles in the lower profile groove. As a result, the profiles are not overlapping the belt to the side or the above.

A stable base frame together with telescopic profiles made of anodised aluminium provide for a stable standing. Nevertheless, the design is very slim, as the base frame is mounted below the conveyor body.
