Angled small conveyory of type INL are often equipped with an underframe type HE 050. It consistst of a h-shaped base frame with screwed-on telescopic aluminium profiles. It is connected to the conveyor frame by means of hinged modules which can be continuously adjusted in the angle.
The pendant flat belt part can be lowered down to the floor level, in order to realise lowest collecting heights. I.e. in case of a 20mm height side guidance and transporting cleats of max. 15mm height, a collecting height of 80mm is possible (depending on the length of the flat belt).
If necessary, several underframes can be mounted alongside the conveyor frame, and be individually adjusted in height and inclination. Therefore, it is possible to balance different height levels in the floor.
Angled conveyors if this type are mostly used as machine discharge conveyor, e.g. from packaging machines, or from injection moulding machines with low collecting levels.
