Small Conveyor Type IS

Small conveyors of the Type IS can be used for various tasks. Due to the high temperature stability of 250°C of the belt they are used e.g. as a cooling track. The cooling down effect can be improved when using air permeable belts together with fans and adapted belt speeds.

Due to their stability against oils and grease these steel mesh conveyors are very suitable for oily parts in the stamping industry, e.g. for transporting parts from a narrow tool shafts.

In the plastics industry, these conveyors could be used when there is a need for discharging electrical charges from the parts, which is another quality of the belt type.

Depending on the task, there is the option to mount lateral guidings in various heights and version to the conveyors.

Moreover, there is a wide range of features available: various drive units combined with diverse control units, many types of underframes and a lot of optional acessories for a perfect solution to the individual conveying task.

Highlights

The straight steel mesh conveyors of type IS are often delivered without underframe, as they are integrated into automation machinery or stamping tools. If necessary, they can be equipped with all types of underframes for belt conveyors. Usually, these conveyors are not longer than 2,000mm and not wider than 300mm.
