Small Conveyor Type IL-LD 230

Straight Conveyor

The pictured underframe consists of a closed base frame made of welded steel pipes with screwed-on profiles of anodised aluminium. Alongside the profile grooves, fixing modules can be flexibly adjusted in order to change the height of the conveyor. The grooves can be closed with corresponding joint profiles made of plastics, in order to allow a simple cleaning and to avoid gaps. As an option, the whole underframe can be made of stainless steel.

The pictured version shows an stainless steel housing with special rolls of Pevothan, in order to minimise abrasion when moving the underframe.

In addition, the base frame can be equipped with further elements - here with a big switch cabinet.

For conveyors with a length up to 3,000mm and special applications, the underframe type LD 230 is a perfect solution. The closed base frame creates stability. An additional integration of special elements, like control cabinets, is also possible.
