Small Conveyor Type IL-LD 010

Gerades Förderband

The underframe type LD 010 is a smart solution with longer and wider small conveyors. The telescopic profiles of anodised aluminium are mounted on a closed frame and therefore form a stable stand.
The struts are mounted below the belt body for minimal lateral overlaps. Pivotable points are integrated to the mountings, in order to enable an easy inclination adjustment.

This underframe type is especially suitable for conveyors up to 3,000mm length and 500mm width.

In the pictured version, the underframe carries three conveyors, which are integrated into an assembly line for sensitive electronic components and are thereby connecting three workplaces. Digital tact-switch devices in connection with light barriers and feed buttons serve as micro controller.
