Small Belt Conveyor Type IL-HE 060

Straight Belt Conveyor

Base frame type HE 060 is often used for small conveyor belts with a width of approx. 200 to 500mm and a length of max. 2,000 mm.

The stable H-shaped base stand with anodised aluminium profiles provides a high degree of stability and flexibility. The height of the body of the belt can be adjusted along the entire length of the stand profiles. Thus, it provides a very large adjustment range. The tilt angle can be adjusted step-less between +/- 60°.

The supports can be adjusted in the lateral grooves along the entire body of the belt. The lateral fixing also allows for application as tiered conveyor belt. The base frame supports can also be used as holders, if e.g. a belt cover or other fittings are to be mounted.

Belt conveyors of this arrangement can be found in many fields of applications - in the stamping industry, in the plastic processing industry, for transport of food stuffs or pharmaceutical products, etc.
