Small Conveyor IL-I2P with 8-fold Distribution

Task: Conveying injection moulded parts from the mould into 8 different containers

Plastic parts (Ø8mm, length 63mm) are taken out of an 8 cavity mould by means of a robot and placed onto a conveyor
The parts have to be transported separately out of the safety fence to be distributed into 8 different boxes
Rejected parts have to be transported into a separate box

Solution: Small conveyor belt with track separation and 8 outlet chutes

A small conveyor type IL-I2P with 8 lanes and 8-fold outlet chute made of stainless steel
The belt speed allows to clear the complete conveyor within one cycle
The robot control reverses in case of rejected parts the conveyor in order to distribute rejected parts at the inlet
