Pick-Up System for the Clean Room (Pharmaceuticals)

Task: Buffering of medical plastic parts

Various medical-technical plastic parts have to be buffered into bags a clean room
The bag sizes vary between 260 and 360mm, the lengths also vary
The pick-up devices should adapt easily to the different diameters of the bags

Solution: Pick-up system with turntable and bag pick-ups in cleanroom version

Pick-up system with a stainless steel tray of Ø1100mm
Upper part adjustable in height with 8 pick-up devices
Pick-up devices formed as triangles with spring-mounted inserts to adapt to the varying bag diameters
Prevention of any sharp edges at the pick-up devices in order to avoid damage to the bags and/or parts
Counting control Type ZJ01 including power socket for a feeding conveyor provided on site
