Reject Chute for Demag Ergotech Extra 120/470

This reject chute is mounted lengthwise below the tool of an injection moulding machine of type Demag Ergotech Extra 120/470, which produces different plastic parts.

During the production, the parts are handed over via the chute alongside the machine, onto an angled conveyor underneath. This conveyor transports the parts underneath the machine to the front side and distributes them to two containers by means of a distribution rocker. The control unit is equipped with a signal input for sprues, therefore reject parts are not counted.

Start-up or reject parts are directed into a container below the tool, which is placed in the machine base.
