Reject Chute for Japan Steel Works JSW J55AD

Thise reject chute is mounted lengthwise below the tool of an injection moulding machine of type JSW J55AD, which produces various plastic parts for the automotive industry.

In the production process the parts are handed over via the chute lengthwise to the machine to the clamping side onto an angled conveyor.
This conveyor transports the parts underneath through the machine into a container at the front side.

Start-up or reject parts are directed via the reject chute to a container below the tool, which is placed in the machine base.
