Small Belt Conveyor Type IL-HE 050

Base frame type HE 050 is often used for small conveyor belts with a width of approx. 200 to 500mm and a length of max. 2,000 mm, if there is only a limited space available at the lateral side of the body of the belt.

The stable H-shaped base stand with telescopic aluminium profiles provides a high degree of stability and flexibility. The base frame allows for extreme belt tilts - even up to 90° in extreme cases. This is of special importance, if a large difference in height must be overcome in a limited space.

In this arrangement, the conveyor belt is often used as discharge belt in various industrial applications (e.g. punching shops, plastic processing, packaging machines, discharge conveyor behind extruders, etc.). The smooth surfaces allow for easy cleaning and make a conveyor belt an interesting application for dust-free rooms.
