Small Belt Conveyor Type IL-AM 1030

Straight Belt Conveyor

Especially stationary small conveyor belts with low conveying height are equipped with base frame AM 1030. The base frame supports mounted to the lateral side of the body of the belt can be adjusted individually in height and tilt. Furthermore, the lateral grooves allow for mounting along the entire body of the belt. This way, projecting edges as may be found e.g. in machine beds, uneven floor surfaces or steps can be avoided.

Conveyor belts with this arrangement are often used in angled machine shafts. Lateral mounting of the base frames also allows for arrangement as tiered conveyor belt. The low construction height of the small conveyor belts allows for very compact buffer units that can partly be integrated in the housings of production machines.
